
Fitness Boot Camps - In Person or Virtual, Designed for You
Boot camps often feel intimidating, but at EnJoy Fitness, they’re meant to be empowering. Whether you want to train outdoors or from your living room, we’ve got you covered.
We run 45-minute full-body workouts using TRX suspension training, functional training, and boot camp–style drills. These workouts build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability, and they can be scaled to any level.
Best part? Your first class is free.
Bootcamp Class Options
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 8:15 am – 9:00 am
Location: Patton Park, 2850 Hodges Blvd, Jacksonville, FL
Format: Outdoor group workouts, small group style so you get personalized attention.
What to Bring
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Sunscreen
- Headband or hat
- Good attitude! We’ll provide the rest!

Format: Virtual bootcamp delivered via Discord

Why choose virtual? You get the same high-energy workout, from home. Great for busy schedules, travel, or anyone who prefers remote training.
